DHANUP

Privacy

Effective October 18, 2026

DhanUp is a private store-management workspace. This notice explains how workspace information and the optional Google Gmail report connection are used. Contact the workspace operator at idevicezonellc@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.

Workspace information

DhanUp stores account information, assigned permissions, connected store records, saved reports, and activity needed to operate the workspace. Authorized users can view their assigned stores and categories. Reports may contain business and customer information supplied by connected stores. Disconnecting a store stops its connection; it does not delete its saved history.

Optional Gmail report sender

The Super Admin may connect a Google account to send requested store-goal reports. DhanUp requests the account’s email identity and the Gmail send permission. It uses Google authorization tokens to send these reports from the connected account, including scheduled reports selected by the Super Admin. This connection does not request permission to read, search, modify, or delete inbox messages or access Google contacts.

OAuth client credentials and the refresh token are encrypted in the workspace database. The account email identifies the sender. Short-lived access tokens are used for Google API requests. DhanUp keeps delivery status, provider message identifiers, recipients, and report references to prevent duplicate sends and explain failures. Team goal emails contain report summaries and a private portal link; customer contact details are excluded.

Use and sharing

Information is used to provide authentication, store reporting, access controls, exports, and user-selected communications. Hosting and database services process information to operate DhanUp. Google processes authorization and messages sent through Gmail. Selected recipients receive the report content sent to them and may retain it in their email systems. Portal access remains subject to their current permissions.

DhanUp does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or training general-purpose AI models. DhanUp’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Saved store records and report versions are retained for the workspace’s reporting history. The Super Admin can disconnect the Gmail sender in Goals → Report sender. This removes the stored sender refresh token and pauses email schedules; the OAuth app configuration and delivery history remain. You can also revoke the app’s access from your Google Account. Disconnecting does not recall previously sent email. To request removal of account data, remaining connection configuration, or retained records, contact the workspace operator above.

Security and your choices

DhanUp uses HTTPS, encrypted connection credentials, and server-enforced permissions. Access is limited by the Super Admin’s store and category assignments. Do not share passwords or API keys in email. Authentication uses cookies needed to keep your session signed in. Changes to this notice will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
